単回プログラムは単群試験として実施し、調理指導を含めた生活習慣の講義と実践についての対面プログラムを１回行う。
連続プログラムでは、対面プログラム４回と、ウェアラブルデバイスなどを用いた個別ヘルスコーチングを行う。対面プログラムの実施頻度について群分けし、一方の群では週に1回実施する。

The short program will be conducted as a single-arm study and participants will take one class integrating culinary training and lifestyle guidance towards healthy lifestyles.
In the long program, participants will take four classes and individual health coaching by using wearable devices and will be divided into two groups regarding the class frequency. Those in one group will attend one class each week.

1)年齢20歳以上74歳以下
2)BMI 25以上ないしはウエスト周囲長が男性85㎝・女性90㎝以上
3)プログラムの参加について本人が同意した者

1) Age 20 to 74
2) BMI >= 25 and/or waist circumference >= 85 cm for men and >= 90 cm for women
3)Those who agree to participate in the program
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1)蛋白制限などの特別な食事療法を必要とする者
2)運動制限を必要とする者
3)妊娠中もしくは妊娠の可能性がある女性、授乳中の患者
4)その他、プログラム参加が困難な疾患を有すると判断される者
5)その他、試験責任医師や分担医師がプログラム参加や評価が困難と判断した者

1) Those who require special diet therapy such as protein restriction
2)Those who require exercise restrictions
3) Those who are or possible to be pregnant or breastfeeding
4) Those who have other diseases that make it difficult to participate in the program
5) Those who have limitations that in the judgment of investigators may interfere with study participation or the ability to follow the protocol
