2005年4月以降に滲出型加齢黄斑変性と診断され、初回治療を名古屋市立大学で受けた患者で1年以上経過観察が可能であった症例。

The patients who were diagnosed with Neovascular age-related macular degeneration at Nagoya City University Hospital since April 2005 underwent intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor injection or photodynamic therapy, and could be followed up for at least 1 year were included.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
患眼に緑内障を除く、網膜剥離、糖尿病網膜症、網膜静脈閉塞症、ぶどう膜炎等の網膜硝子体疾患を併発した症例

The patients without the necessary data or eyes with history of other vitreoretinal diseases such as retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, and uveitis were excluded.

光線力学的療法の有用性を評価した。
現在論文投稿準備中である。
抗VEGF治療の休止の可能性について評価した。網膜下液や網膜色素上皮剥離はあっても休止可能であるが、網膜内液や網膜下高輝度物質はあると休止が困難である可能性を見出した。

The usefulness of photodynamic therapy was evaluated.
The paper is currently being prepared for submission.
The possibility of suspending anti-VEGF therapy was evaluated. We found that it is possible to suspend the therapy in the presence of subretinal fluid and retinal pigment epithelial detachment, but it may be difficult to suspend the therapy in the presence of intraretinal fluid and subretinal hyper reflective material.

初回治療から名古屋市立大学病院で長期にわたり経過観察可能であった症例を検討し、それぞれの疾患の特徴と治療反応性、および生活習慣との関連や僚眼の発症についての検討を行う。

We examine cases that were able to be followed up in Nagoya City University for a long period of time after the initial treatment, and examine the characteristics of each disease and its response to treatment, as well as its relation to lifestyle and the development of fellow eyes.
