選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 年齢20歳以上
2) BMI18.5 kg/m2以上25.0 kg/m2未満
3) 継続的な治療、投薬、生活指導を受けている疾患がない方
4) 普段、米飯（白米）を主食として1日1回以上摂取している方

1) Aged 20 years or older
2) BMI not less than 18.5 kg/m2, under 25.0 kg/m2
3) Those who do not have any disease receiving continuous treatment, medication, and lifestyle guidance
4) Those who are habitually eating white rice as staple food once or more daily
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1) 妊娠中または妊娠している可能性のある女性、および授乳中の女性
2) 他の臨床試験に参加中または研究期間中に参加する予定がある方
3) 試験食品に対してアレルギー症状を起こす可能性がある方
4) その他、研究責任者が対象者として適さないと判断した方

1) Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, or lactating
2) Those who areparticipating or plannning to participate in other clinical trials during the current study
3) Those who may be allergic to the test meal
4) Those who are considered as inappropriate candidates by the principal investigator
