選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	20-60歳の男女、 (2)美容鍼灸を受ける男女、 (3)順序尺度で評価されている、(4) 日本で実施された研究。	Male and Female (1) aged 20-60, (2) who received cosmetic acupuncture, (3) estimated by the ordinal scale, and (4) Research done in Japan.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1) 総説、症例報告、動物実験、(2) 英語、日本語以外で記載された論文	1) review, case report, animal study, (2) languages other than English or Japanese

主な結果/Results	美容鍼灸の効果は、しわ(effect size (se)= 0.428、p< 0.001、I2=0.99%)、たるみ(es= 0.706、p< 0.001、I2=0.00%)、フェイスライン(es= 1.579、p< 0.001、I2=0.00%)、血色(クスミ)(es= 0.790、p< 0.001、I2=0.00%)、ホウレイ線(es=1.007、p<0.001、I2=0.00%)に有効性を示した。	The effect of cosmetic acupuncture showed validity to wrinkles(effect size (se)= 0.428, p< 0.001, I2=0.99%), slack(es= 0.706, p< 0.001, I2=0.00%), face line(es= 1.579, p< 0.001, I2=0.00%), skin torn ( kusumi ; dullness skin color) (es= 0.790, p< 0.001, I2=0.00%) and Sulcus nasolabialis(es=1.007, p<0.001, I2=0.00%).

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics	近年、美容鍼灸は、顔に対する容姿の効果について比較試験が行われてきている。メタ分析は、複数の文献を統合分析する技法として知られている。そこで、日本で実施された美容鍼灸で顔を評価した比較試験に対して、顔に対する効果を検討した。	In recent years, controlled study has been done about the effect of appearance as opposed to face in cosmetic acupuncture.Meta analysis is known as a technique which conducts pooled analysis two or more literature. Then, we examined the effect on face to controlled study which evaluated the face by cosmetics acupuncture Research done in Japan.
