選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
① 病院（医院）で生活習慣病と診断され、過去6か月以上、2ヵ月に1回以上の頻度で通院中の年齢30－85歳の患者
② 歩行可能な者
③ 病院（医院）の担当医の許可が得られた者
④ 本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、本人の自由意思に基づき文書による同意が得られた者

1) Patients aged 30-85 yrs who have visited hospitals or clinics at more than once per every 2 months for treatments of life-style related diseases.
2) Those who can walk.
3) Those who have been permitted to be subjects by their doctors in charge.
4) Those who have given us their informed consents to participated in the study after being explained about the details.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

② その他、研究責任者が本研究参加不可能と判断される、たとえば、呼吸・循環器疾患や関節・骨格筋疾患などを有する者
