介入1/Interventions/Control_1	・介入１：評価A⇒（一週間後）⇒評価B 評価A:MTDLPを活用し評価を行って、作業療法方針を作成する。 評価B:従来の作業療法実践ツールで評価を行って、作業療法方針を作成する。 一週間以内で対象者に1回30分間、介入する。 1回の参加で測定が困難であった場合等に複数回でする。	intervene1:A one week B A,Use MTDLP to evaluate and create an occupational therapy policy. B,Use usual occupational therapy process to evaluate and create an occupational therapy policy. Intervene once to the subject for 50 minutes within 5 days. If it is difficult to measure with one participation, it will be done multiple times.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	病態安定し、発症から１ヶ月以上通過した脳卒中患者	Patients with stroke that have stabilized their pathology and have passed more than a month since the onset of the disease
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	意思促通困難者	those who have difficulty communicating
