本研究は、ミトコンドリア機能改善薬であるイメグリミンが2型糖尿病患者の血糖スパイク及び血管内皮機能に与える影響を日常診療の中で評価することを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of imeglimin, a mitochondrial function improving drug, on blood glucose spikes and vascular endothelial function in type 2 diabetic patients in daily practice.

食事運動療法のみ、もしくは経口血糖降下薬1剤または2剤で治療中の2型糖尿病患者でイメグリミンの投与が必要な患者

Patients with type 2 diabetes on diet and exercise therapy alone or on treatment with one or two oral hypoglycemic agents who need to be treated with imegurimine
