Elderly who are hospitalized to orthopedic disease and undergo outpatient follow-up after discharge

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 入院前に歩行が困難な場合、2. 神経筋疾患や脳血管疾患を有する場合、3. 研究の理解と協力の得られない場合
