目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	高齢者のプレフレイルからフレイル（虚弱）への進行を、機能性食品摂取により阻止するパイロット研究である。機能性食品のアガロオリゴ糖錠(Agaro-Oliogosaccharides, 以下AOSs)の日常的摂取が、プレフレイルの高齢者の歩行速度や筋力低下を軽減し、フレイルを可逆的に抑制することを、ランダム化比較試験で実証する。	It is a test study that functional foods do from frail to frail (weakness) in the elderly. It is a randomized controlled trial to reduce the walking speed and muscle weakness of a person and to make a frailty syndrome.
