対象者は研究期間内（倫理審査承認後～2026年3月31日）に研究施設を受診し、選定基準に合致し、研究の同意を得られた者とする。経会陰超音波画像を用いて、児頭下降度、膀胱と恥骨との距離、膀胱の形状を測定する。

Subjects will be those who visit the research facility within the study period (after approval of ethical review - March 31, 2026), meet the selection criteria, and give consent for the study.
Transperineal ultrasound imaging are used to measure the degree of fetal head descending, the distance between the bladder and the pubic bone, and the shape of the bladder.
