選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	研究への参加に同意したもの 65歳以上であるもの ADLが自立しているもの	Those who agree to participate in this study. Those who are 65-year-old or older. Those whose activities of daily living is dependent.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	トレーニングの指示が通らない 嚥下障害になりうる器質的な病気がある 進行性の神経筋疾患に罹患している	Those who cannot obey to the instruction. Those who have organic diseases which can cause dysphagia. Those who have progressive neuromuscular diseases.
