慢性腰痛患者に対して，中枢性感作症候群指標に対応した疼痛教育の介入を行い，その効果を検証すること。
また，ベースラインの中枢性感作の高い患者と低い患者で，介入の効果が異なるかどうかを検討すること。

To examine the effect of pain education interventions corresponding to the Central sensitization inventory on patients with chronic low back pain.
Also, to determine whether the effect of the intervention is different in patients with high and low baseline symptoms of central sensitization.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1) 3ヶ月以上の慢性腰痛を有している者
(2) 直近1週間の疼痛強度がNRSで3/10以上

英語
(1) Chronic low back pain for more than 3 months
(2) Pain intensity 3/10 on a numerical rating scale for average pain in the past week

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 疼痛関連の特異的な症状(神経障害性疼痛，骨折，リウマチ性疾患，直近3年の腰部の手術歴，線維筋痛症，複合性局所疼痛症候群)を有する者
(2) 研究のスケジュールに従うことができない者
(3) 休業補償を受けている者
(4) 日本語の使用が困難な者
(5) 評価や疼痛教育の実施に影響を与える認知機能障害を有する者
(6) 妊娠している者
(7) 過去に痛みの神経科学に関する教育を受けたことがある者

英語
(1) Specific pain-related symptoms (neuropathic pain, fracture, rheumatic disease, history of lumbar surgery in the last 3 years, fibromyalgia, complex regional pain syndrome)
(2) Unable to follow the study schedule
(3) Compensation for Absence from Work
(4) Unable to read or write in Japanese
(5) Serious cognitive problems
(6) During pregnancy
(7) Having received a form of pain neuroscience education in the past
