CADe群はFirst endoscopyでCADeを用いたルーチン検査を行う．検査直後に検査施行医を内視鏡検査スキルの同等な経験年数の医師と変更しCADeを用いないルーチン検査を行う．

The CADe group performs routine examination using CADe. Immediately after the examination, the doctor who performed the examination is changed to a doctor with the same number of years of experience in endoscopy skills, and a routine examination without CADe is performed.

非CADe群はFirst endoscopyでCADeを用いないルーチン検査を行う．検査直後に検査施行医を内視鏡検査スキルの同等な経験年数の医師と変更しCADeを用いるルーチン検査を行う．

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・ルーチンの下部消化管内視鏡検査を施行予定されている症例
・診断時に20歳以上の症例
・本試験の内容に関して主治医から充分な状況説明を受け、同意を取得した症例

Cases scheduled to undergo routine colonoscopy
Cases over 20 years old at the time of diagnosis
Cases in which consent was obtained after receiving sufficient explanation

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・大腸切除術を施行された既往のある症例
・検査前処置が不良のため，十分に観察ができない症例
・炎症性腸疾患，家族性大腸腺腫症，その他polyposisの症例
・深部挿入困難症例
・内視鏡的止血術を目的とした消化管出血の症例
・そのほか、安全な検査法に適していないと検査医が判断した例

Cases that cannot be sufficiently observed due to poor bowel preparation
Cases of inflammatory bowel disease, familial adenomatous polyposis, and other polyposis
Cases with difficult deep insertion
Case of gastrointestinal bleeding for the purpose of endoscopic hemostasis
In addition, cases that it is not suitable for a safe examination method
