慢性閉塞性肺疾患の診断を受けている者
標準的治療により病状が安定している者
呼吸リハビリテーションの施行を妨げる因子や合併症がない者

運動教室に参加している健常高齢者

COPD diagnosis by a respiratory physician, and no acute exacerbation for more than two months.

Healthy people were screened during pre-participation to exclude those with pulmonary diagnosis and were further tested by spirometry to confirm absence of obstructive or restrictive impairments.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
慢性閉塞性肺疾患：虚血性心疾患のあるもの，脊柱や胸郭変形が著しく背臥位を取れないもの，圧迫骨折や肋骨骨折等の既往がある骨粗鬆症のもの

健常高齢者：呼吸器および心疾患のあるもの，喫煙者，脊柱や胸郭変形が著しく背臥位を取れないもの，圧迫骨折や肋骨骨折等の既往がある骨粗鬆症のもの．また，参加同意を得た後でも，呼吸介助施行前のスパイロメトリーの結果にて閉塞性障害を認めたもの

Exclusion criteria were: inability to lie in supine because of vertebral column or rib cage deformity or if they had osteoporosis with a history of compression and/or rib fractures.
