選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	①　スタンダードな診断基準でパーキンソン病と診断されている者 ②　本研究について説明文書を十分に理解した上で、研究参加の同意の得られた者 ③　鳥取医療センターで短期集中リハビリ入院が予定されている者 ④　単独又は他剤との併用でレボドパが経口投与されている者 ⑤　運動症状の日内変動が認められ、1日1回以上のオフ時間がある者(ジスキネジアの有無は問わない) ⑥　20歳以上の成人男女	(1) Those who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease according to standard diagnostic criteria (2) Patients who have fully understood the explanatory document about this study and have given their consent to participate in the study (3) Patients who are scheduled to be hospitalized for short-term intensive rehabilitation at Tottori Medical Center (4) Patients who are receiving oral levodopa alone or in combination with other drugs (5) Patients with diurnal variation of motor symptoms and off hours more than once a day (with or without dyskinesia) (6) Adult males and females aged 20 years or older
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	①　症状及び機能の報告に影響を及ぼす認知機能障害を有すると研究責任医師又は研究分担 医師が判断した者 ②　パーキンソン病の運動症状の評価に影響を及ぼす筋骨格系疾患を有する者 ③　併存疾患の病状が不安定である者 ④　音声による会話に困難をきたす高度難聴の者 ⑤　心臓ペースメーカや除細動器等の植込み型医療機器利用者 ⑥　その他の理由で研究責任医師又は研究分担医師が研究参加に不適当と判断した者	(1) Subjects who are judged by the principal investigator or sub-investigator to have cognitive impairment that may affect the reporting of symptoms and functions (2) A person who has a musculoskeletal disorder that affects the assessment of motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease (3) The patient has an unstable comorbid condition (4) Patients with severe hearing loss who have difficulty in speech (5) Persons who use implantable medical devices such as cardiac pacemakers and defibrillators (6) A person who is judged by the principal investigator or subordinate investigator to be unsuitable for participation in the research for other reasons
