目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究は、同種移植後の血液疾患患者における、BNT162b2、mRNA-1273、ChAdOx1-S接種完了後のSARS-CoV-2 IgG抗体価の陽性率を評価すること、ならびに、これらのワクチンを接種した際に生じた接種後副反応を評価することを目的とする。	The purpose of this study is to evaluate the positive rate of SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibody titer after completion of BNT162b2, mRNA-1273, and ChAdOx1-S vaccination in patients with hematological diseases after allogeneic transplantation, and to evaluate the post-vaccination adverse reactions that occurred when these vaccines were administered.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	主要評価項目は、SARS-CoV-2 IgG抗体の陽性化率である。	The primary endpoint was the rate of positivity of the SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibody.
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	副次評価項目はSARS-CoV-2 IgG抗体価、末梢血リンパ球分画、IgG、IgA、IgM、接種後副反応の有無と内容、GVHDの推移とする。	Secondary endpoints will be SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibody titer, peripheral blood lymphocyte fraction, IgG, IgA, IgM, presence and content of post-vaccination adverse reactions, and GVHD.

年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	16 歳/years-old 以上/<=

性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1) 血液疾患に対して同種造血幹細胞移植を受け、3ヶ月以上経過している患者 2) 日本政府または地方自治体の主導するSARS-CoV-2ワクチン接種を受ける意思があるもの 3) 研究参加について本人により文書同意を得られたもの。患者本人が未成年(16歳以上20歳未満)の場合、本人ならびに代諾者双方の同意が得られた場合とする。	1) Patients who have undergone allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for hematological diseases for more than 3 months 2) Patients who are willing to receive the SARS-CoV-2 vaccination initiated by the Japanese government or local government. 3) Patients who have given written consent to participate in the study. If the patient is a minor (16 to 20 years old), the consent of both the patient and his/her guardian must be obtained.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1) 研究責任者または研究分担者が研究参加に不適切だと判断したもの 2) COVID-19の罹患歴があるもの 3) 意思疎通が行えない患者	1) Those who are judged by the principal investigator or sub-investigator to be inappropriate for participation in the study. 2) Patients with a history of COVID-19 3) Patients who are unable to communicate with others
