全国の透析施設が、2020年に公表した「透析の開始と継続に関する意思決定プロセスについての提言」についての準拠、アドバンス・ケア・プランニングと共同意思決定の実施状況、透析見合わせの実態を明らかにする。

To determine the compliance of dialysis facilities nationwide with the 2020 recommendations on shared decision for the initiation and continuation of dialysis from the Japanese Society for dialysis Therapy, implementation status of advance care planning and shared decision making, and the actual status of Miawase approach to dialysis.

日本透析医学会統計調査の記入者が、透析見合わせ症例の死因を、治療拒否、治療見合わせ、合併症（心不全、尿毒症など）のどれを選択しているかを明らかにする。

To determine whether the person completing the statistical survey of of Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy selects refusal of treatment, withholding of treatment, or complications (heart failure, uremia, etc.) as the cause of death in cases of Miawase approach to dialysis.
