本研究では炎症性腸疾患患者の疾患活動度を反映するバイオマーカーの探索を目的としたバイオリソースを確立するために、IBDを発症している患者の唾液サンプルを収集する。

炎症性腸疾患の疾患活動性を反映する唾液中のバイオマーカーを探索する。また、併せて歯周病検査の結果について解析を行い、唾液中のバイオマーカーと歯周病の疾患活動度との関連性についても評価する。

We will search biomarkers in saliva that reflect the disease activity of inflammatory bowel disease and analyze the results of periodontal examinations to evaluate the relationship between salivary biomarkers and the disease activity of inflammatory bowel disease.

東北大学病院消化器内科にて炎症性腸疾患である潰瘍性大腸炎あるいはクローン病を診断するため内視鏡検査を受ける患者を対象とする。

Patients undergoing endoscopy at the Department of Gastroenterology, Tohoku University Hospital for the diagnosis of inflammatory bowel diseases including ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
人工肛門を使用している場合、もしくは医学的あるいは精神的異常のためプロトコルを遵守することが困難と思われる場合、または担当医師が不適切と判断する場合。

Patients who have a stoma, or have a medical or mental abnormality that makes it difficult to comply with protocol, or doctor decides inappropriate.
