COVID19に伴い、術前呼吸機能検査は施行しないこととなった。これまで漫然と術前検査として施行してきた呼吸機能検査が周術期管理に必要であるのか、また、術後肺合併症の予測に有用であるのか検討する。

With COVID19, preoperative respiratory function tests will not be performed. We will examine whether the respiratory function test, which has been performed as a preoperative test, is necessary for perioperative management and is useful for predicting postoperative pulmonary complications.
