目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究では潰瘍性大腸炎を対象に、カルテ情報から得られる治療内容や臨床経過、内視鏡検査結果などを検討することで治療効果の判定や適切な治療選択について検討を行う。	The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of treatment and the appropriate choice for treatment of ulcerative colitis by investigating the treatment, clinical course and endoscopic findings obtained from medical record information.
