目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	筋活動は，日常生活の中で計測可能な生体信号であり，また神経系の最終出力でもあるため，筋活動を神経系の窓として活用する可能性を探るのが本研究の目的である. 我々は，片頭痛患者の頸部筋活動から，不随意反射動作に起因する不規則活動とみられる，特徴的な疼痛筋電を計測している．それらの信号は，筋電には関節を駆動する力のみならず，神経系の状態や異常を表す信号が含まてれいる可能性が高いことを示している． 本研究では，片頭痛患者を対象に頭痛発作と疼痛筋電の関係を明らかにすることで，片頭痛発作メカニズムを解明することを目標とし，筋活動解析から神経活動を推定することが，疾患原因の究明や定量化に有用であることを示す．これらの議論は，日頃から自らの生体信号を計測し，その変化として個々人の健康状態を把握する患者参加型医療につながる．本研究では，片頭痛と頸部筋活動の関係性という具体的な問題に落とし，システム開発スピードを上げることで，日々の生体信号計測しモニターすることの健康維持への有用性を示すとともに，工学的・理論的・医学的な問題点を洗い出しすことも目的の一つである．	Since muscle activity is a biological signal that can be measured in daily life and is also the final output of the nervous system, muscle activity may be a window to the nervous system. We have measured characteristic painful myoelectric signals from cervical muscle activity in migraine patients, which appear to be irregular activity caused by involuntary reflex movements. These signals indicate that myoelectricity is likely to contain not only forces that drive joints, but also signals that indicate the state or abnormality of the nervous system. In this study, we aim to clarify the relationship between headache attacks and pain myoelectricity in migraine patients to elucidate the mechanism of migraine attacks, and show that estimating neural activity from muscle activity analysis is useful for investigating and quantifying the cause of disease. These discussions will lead to patient-participatory medicine in which patients measure their own biological signals on a daily basis and understand their individual health status as changes in these signals. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the usefulness of daily bio-signal measurement and monitoring for health maintenance, and to identify engineering, theoretical, and medical problems by reducing the problem to a concrete one of the relationship between migraine and cervical muscle activity and speeding up system development.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	全身状態が安定しており、ベースラインでの片頭痛発作が月に4-14日で、少なくとも2回以上であり、定期的に頭痛外来に通院し，頭痛ダイアリーを適切に記載している方	Patients with stable general health, baseline migraine attacks of at least 2 on 4-14 days per month, regular visits to headache outpatient clinic, and appropriate headache diary entries
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	金属アレルギーを持つもの 皮膚の状態に異常があるもの	Those with metal allergies Those with abnormal skin conditions
