介入群：手術後、荷重開始から荷重開始４週間まで通常のリハビリテーションに加えて視覚・聴覚feedback利用した等尺性足関節底屈運動を行う。視覚・聴覚feedbackを利用した等尺性足関節底屈運動は1週間に5回、10秒10回3セット実施する。

Intervention group: After surgery, isometric ankle plantar flexion exercise using visual and auditory feedback is performed in addition to normal rehabilitation from the start of loading to 4 weeks after the start of loading. Isometric ankle plantar flexion exercises using visual and auditory feedback are performed 5 times a week, 10 times for 10 seconds, 3 sets.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

重篤な不整脈がある者
出血傾向のある者
明らかな炎症症状（発赤，熱感，腫脹，強すぎる疼痛）を認める場合
悪性腫瘍がある場合
感覚障害がある場合
感染症がある場合
不安定な循環動態
末梢の循環障害

Those with obvious inflammatory symptoms (redness, heat, swelling, too much pain)
