食物アレルギー、昆虫アレルギー、薬剤アレルギーのためアドレナリン自己注射器を処方する患者の保護者または高校生以上であれば本人

The patients with food allergy, insect allergy or drug allergy and prescribed Adrenaline Auto-Injector, or their caregivers.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

背景から好ましくないと判断する患者とその保護者。
