適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	65 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	100 歳/years-old 未満/>
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	・ 健常で日常生活機能が維持されているが、軽度の認知機能低下が認められる高齢者で、研究に同意が得られた者 ・ MMSEによる評価が24点以上27点以下の者 ・ 性別：男女 ・ 年齢：65歳以上 ・ 臓器機能：血液検査に明らかな異常値を認めない者	Elderly people who are healthy and maintain their daily activities, but have mild cognitive decline, and who have given their consent to the study. Persons with an MMSE rating of 24 points or more and 27 points or less Organ function: Those who do not find any obvious abnormal values in blood tests
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	(1) 重篤な脳血管疾患、心疾患、肝疾患、腎疾患、消化器系疾患、届出が必要な感染症などに罹患している者 (2) 明らかな認知症と診断される者 (3) 慢性疾患（糖尿病、心臓病、肝不全、腎不全、胃・十二指腸潰瘍、大腸炎、 クローン病、がんなど）により治療、投薬を受けている者 (4)　血圧測定、血液検査で著しい異常が認められる者 (5)　高度の貧血、低栄養、あるいは出血傾向のある者 (6)　下痢の症状が頻繁に見られる者 (7)　当該被検物に対し、アレルギー症状を示す恐れのある者 (8)過度の喫煙及びアルコールの常用者ならびに食事、睡眠などの生活習慣が極度に不規則な者 (9)他の臨床試験に現在参加しているか、または1か月以内に参加していた者 (10)その他、試験実施者が不適格であると判断した者	(1) Persons suffering from serious cerebrovascular disease, heart disease, liver disease, renal disease, gastrointestinal disease, infectious disease requiring notification, etc. (2) Those who are diagnosed with overt dementia (3) Chronic diseases (diabetes, heart disease, liver failure, renal failure, gastric / duodenal ulcer, colitis, Those who are being treated or taking medication due to Crohn's disease, cancer, etc.) (4) Persons with significant abnormalities in blood pressure measurement and blood test (5) Persons with severe anemia, malnutrition, or bleeding tendency (6) Those who frequently have diarrhea symptoms (7) Persons who may show allergic symptoms to the subject (8) Excessive smoking and alcohol addicts and those with extremely irregular lifestyle habits such as eating and sleeping (9) Those who are currently participating in other clinical trials or who have participated within one month (10) Others who are judged to be ineligible by the tester
