選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	血清尿酸値が7mg/dL以上の患者	Patients with serum uric acid levels > 7 mg/dL
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	高尿酸血症もしくは痛風により薬物治療を受けている方	those who undergo medication for hyperuricemia or gout
