2. 東京慈恵医科大学精神神経科外来受診中あるいは入院中、または東京慈恵会医科大学葛飾医療センター精神神経科外来受診中の患者 3. DSM-5で気分障害と診断された患者 4. 同意説明に関するアンケート表紙を読み、理解できる患者 |
1. patients between 20 and 80 years old
2. outpatients or inpatients of the Department of Neuropsychiatry, The Jikei University School of Medicine, or outpatients of the Department of Neuropsychiatry, The Katsushika Medical Center, The Jikei University School of Medicine 3) Patients diagnosed with mood disorder in DSM-5 4. patients who can read and understand the cover page of the questionnaire on consent explanation |

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | 1. 双極性障害患者のうち、躁状態にある患者
2. 抑うつ気分、不安感、焦燥感、高揚気分、攻撃性などの精神症状により判断能力が乏し く、自発的な研究参加が困難な患者 3. 主治医あるいは担当医が不適当と判断した患者 |
1. bipolar disorder patients who are in a manic state
2. patients with poor judgment due to psychiatric symptoms such as depressed mood, anxiety, agitation, elated mood, and aggression. 2) Patients with depressed mood, anxiety, agitation, elated mood, aggression, or other psychiatric symptoms that make it difficult to make decisions and voluntarily participate in research. Patients who are judged as inappropriate by the attending physician or the physician in charge. |
