| 目的/Objectives | ||
| 目的1/Narrative objectives1 | 1. 末梢動脈疾患（PAD）患者において、大腿膝窩動脈病変に対する薬剤コーティングバルーン（DCB）を用いた経皮的末梢動脈形成術（EVT）後の慢性期の血管反応を評価すること。
2. DCBを用いたEVT後の遠隔期の血管内腔拡大、再狭窄に対する予後予測因子を検討すること。 |
1. To evaluate the long-term vascular response after EVT for femoropopliteal artery lesions with DCB.
2. To assess the predictors of late lumen enlargement and restenosis after EVT for femoropopliteal artery lesions with DCB. |

| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | 1. 有症候性の浅大腿動脈病変および近位膝窩動脈病変を有し、DCBによる治療がなされた末梢動脈疾患の患者
2. 年齢：20歳以上 |
1. Patients with symptomatic PAD undergoing EVT for superficial femoral artery or proximal popliteal artery with DCB.
2. Age 20 years or older. |

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | 1. 再狭窄病変
2. ステントを用いて治療された病変 3. 重症下肢虚血肢の患者 4. 終末期で余命が1年未満と予想される患者 5. 妊娠もしくは授乳している患者 |
1. Restenosis lesion.
2. Lesion treated with any stents. 3. Critical limb ischemia. 4. Life expectancy less than 1 year. 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding. |
