目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
1. 末梢動脈疾患（PAD）患者において、大腿膝窩動脈病変に対する薬剤コーティングバルーン（DCB）を用いた経皮的末梢動脈形成術（EVT）後の慢性期の血管反応を評価すること。
2. DCBを用いたEVT後の遠隔期の血管内腔拡大、再狭窄に対する予後予測因子を検討すること。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 有症候性の浅大腿動脈病変および近位膝窩動脈病変を有し、DCBによる治療がなされた末梢動脈疾患の患者
2. 年齢：20歳以上

英語
1. Patients with symptomatic PAD undergoing EVT for superficial femoral artery or proximal popliteal artery with DCB.
2. Age 20 years or older.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 再狭窄病変
2. ステントを用いて治療された病変
3. 重症下肢虚血肢の患者
4. 終末期で余命が1年未満と予想される患者
5. 妊娠もしくは授乳している患者

1. Restenosis lesion.
2. Lesion treated with any stents.
3. Critical limb ischemia.
4. Life expectancy less than 1 year.
5. Pregnant or breastfeeding.
