| 目的1/Narrative objectives1 | CT上の心室リードの右房下端と心室中隔を結んだ角度と，患者の術前心電図自己QRS軸との関連を検討し，透視ガイド下での心室リード留置の際の最適な透視角度を後方視的に観察検討し，今後のペースメーカ治療に際してより安全で正確な部位への留置方法の確立 | Whether it is possible to obtain individualized LAO by preprocedural electrocardiographic parameters and, if so, whether these parameters can help to improve the success rate of RV lead implantation into the RV septum. |

| 主な結果/Results | 心室リードの心室中隔留置成功率は，内部検証コホートグループで大幅に改善した（93％ vs. 64％, P <0.05）. さらに，術後約1週間時点でのNT-proBNP値は，心室中隔留置群で有意に減少することが示された． | The success rate for placing the RV lead into the interventricular septum was significantly improved in the internal validation cohort group (93% vs. 64%, P < 0.05). In addition, the N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide level decreased significantly after surgery in the interventricular septal indwelling group. | ||||||
