目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究の目的は、統合失調症患者のsqualor症候群の重症度を評価し、精神症状、認知機能、頭部MRI構造との関連を探索することである。	The objective of this study is to explore the relationship between severities of squalor syndrome, psychiatric symptoms, cognitive functions, and brain morphologies in patients with schizophrenia.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1) DSM-5にて統合失調症スペクトラム障害および他の精神病性障害群の診断基準を満たすもの 2) 訪問看護等で部屋の中の状態を確認できるもの 3) 試験への参加の同意が文書で取れるもの 4) 認知機能検査や質問紙評価が遂行できるもの	1) Subjects who meet the DSM-5 criteria of schizophrenia spectrum disorders and other psychotic disorders 2) Subjects whose rooms are observable by medical staff 3) Subjects who can provide written informed consent 4) Subjects who can take cognitive tests and questionnaire tests
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1) 著しい希死念慮を有するもの、自傷行為のあるもの 2) その他重篤な身体疾患を有するもの 3) 研究責任者が研究への参加が妥当でないと判断するもの	1) Subjects who tend to suicide or do self-harm 2) Subjects with a severe physical complication 3) Subjects who are considered to be inappropriate to participate in the study
