目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	下記2点の調査を目的に、本邦の医師および心理専門職を対象とした2つのコホートに対し横断調査を実施する。 1. 患者への告知状況を含む、BPDの診断状況 2. BPD患者における患者背景、治療計画、随伴する精神症状または疾患、精神疾患に対する向精神薬、および予後の概要	A cross-sectional survey of the two cohorts of Japanese physicians and psychologists will be conducted to investigate the following two points. 1. To describe the current status of BoPD diagnosis including notification for patients 2. To describe the overview of patient background, treatment plan, concomitant psychiatric symptoms or diagnosis, antipsychotic medications, and prognosis in patients with BoPD

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	DSM-5または他のBPDの診断基準を用いてBPDと診断された患者（告知されてない患者を含む）を、自らの施設で少なくとも1ヵ月間継続的に診療している医師および心理専門職	Physicians and psychologists who have been taking care of patients or clients (with or without notification) diagnosed with BoPD using DSM-5 or other BoPD diagnosis criteria for at least a month
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	本研究の運営委員およびアドバイザー、日本ベーリンガーインゲルハイム、メビックスおよびQLifeに所属する医師および心理専門職	Steering committee members and advisors for this study, and physicians and psychologists affiliated with NBI, Mebix and Qlife

Data collection will be conducted through a web-based questionnaire survey. 1. To describe the current status of BoPD diagnosis and procedure including notification for patients 2. To describe the overview of patient background, treatment plan, concomitant psychiatric symptoms or diagnosis, antipsychotic medication, and prognosis in patients with BoPD
