対象疾患/Condition
対象疾患名/Condition	東京大学医学部附属病院予防医学センターにて人間ドックを受診去れ、肥満（Body Mass Index 25以上）と診断された方	The patients who have undergone a physical examination at the Center for Preventive Medicine of the University of Tokyo Hospital and have been diagnosed as obese (Body Mass Index =>25).

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	人間ドックで肥満と診断され、1年語の人間ドックを再受診を希望された方 同意取得時において、年齢が20歳以上の方 本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、研究対象者本人の自由意思による同意が得られた者	Those who have been diagnosed as obese in the physical examination and wish to have the physical examination again in one year. Those who are 20 years old or older at the time of obtaining consent. Those who have received sufficient explanations about participation in this study, and have given their free and voluntary consent with full understanding.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	e-メールに夜コンタクトが困難な症例 通常の体重管理指導が不適切と考えられる症例 血液透析症例 研究代表者が研究への参加が不適切と判断した症例	Patients who have difficulty contacting e-mail at night Patients for whom the usual weight management guidance is considered inappropriate Hemodialysis patients Patients deemed inappropriate for participation in the study by the principal investigator
