を用いた術後再建腸管に対する胆膵内視鏡処置の成績と問題点を後方視的に比較検証する		 To retrospectively evaluate and compare the efficacy of passive bending colonoscope and balloon assisted enteroscope on ERCP for the patients with surgical altered anatomy.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes 吻合部・乳頭部到達率 Success rate to reach anastomotic site or ampulla of vater
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes 1.胆膵管挿管成功率, 2.手技完遂率, 3.検査時間（到達、挿管、総検査時間）, 4. 偶発症発症率および重症度 1.Success rate to cannulate biliary/pancreatic duct, 2.Success rate to complete the procedure, 3. Procedure time (reaching to anastomotic site/ampulla, cannulation, over all procedure), 4. Adverse event

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria 1. 術後再建腸管に対してERCPを施行した者
2. 受動湾曲機能付き大腸内視鏡ないしバルーン内視鏡を用いた者
3. 20歳以上の者
1. Patients who underwent ERCP in the condition of surgical altered anatomy.
2. Patients who underwent ERCP by means of passive bending colonoscope or balloon assisted enteroscpe.
3. Patients who are 20 years of age or older
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria 1.検査時間など必要情報がカルテ上確認できない者
2. Billroth-Ⅰ法で消化管再建術を行った者		 1. Patients without data and information regarding to procedure.
2. Patients who had Billroth-I reconstruction.
3. Patients that the physician in charge consider not suitable for inclusion
