目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
認知機能を主要評価項目とし、アミロイドβ、BDNF、酸化ストレス及び身体機能を副次評価項目とするRCT（対象者80名、2群配置：ポリフェノール摂取群、プラセボ群、期間12週間）により、ヒドロキシチロソール成分が多量含まれているオリーブエキス摂取の効果を検証することである。

In order to verify the effect of ingesting olive extract containing a large amount of hydroxytyrosol component, the following is carried out.
1. Amyloid beta, BDNF, and oxidative stress will be measured as the primary endpoints of cognitive function in RCTs (80 subjects, 2 groups: polyphenol intake group, placebo group, duration 12 weeks).
2. Physical function is measured as a secondary endpoint.
