目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	通所リハビリテーションを利用する要介護者と要支援者の座位行動のパターンのうち中断回数，中断時間に対して座位姿勢の違いが及ぼす影響について検討すること	To examine the effects of differences in sitting posture on the number of interruptions and the duration of interruptions among the patterns of sitting behavior of persons requiring nursing care and persons requiring support who use day-care rehabilitation.

性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	・本研究に同意が得られる通所リハビリテーションを利用される65歳以上の高齢者 ・基本動作に介助を要さない者	Elderly people aged 65 years or older who use day-care rehabilitation services who give consent to this study. Those who do not require assistance for basic activities.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	・重度な脳卒中やパーキンソン病，その他神経性疾患を有する者 ・認知症の診断を有する者 ・高次脳機能障害や認知症によりコミュニケーションや読書が不可能な者	Patients with severe stroke, Parkinson's disease, or other neurological disorders Those with a diagnosis of dementia Those who are unable to communicate or read due to higher brain dysfunction or dementia.

Assessment of sedentary behavior: Using an accelerometer, the duration of sedentary behavior, physical activity time, interruption time, and number of interruptions are calculated.
