選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1.研究内容に同意を得られた者 2.変形性股関節症または特発性大腿骨頭壊死症に対し人工股関節置換術を施行する者 3.同側股関節手術歴のある者	1.Patients who agree the research content 2.Patients who undergo total hip arthroplasty for osteoarthritis of the hip or idiopathic osteonecrosis of the femoral head 3.Patients who have undergone ipsilateral hip surgery
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1.活動的な精神疾患を有する者 2.認知症を有する者 3.手術前に1人で歩行できない者	1.Patients who have active mental disorder 2.Patients who have dementia 3.Patients who are unable to walk by themselves before operation
