（２）試験の目的・内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に参加を志願し、書面で本試験参加に同意した者 |

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | （１）唾液分泌に影響を与える疾患に罹患している者
（２）試験食摂取に影響を与えるような症状がある者 （３）結果に影響する可能性のあると思われる薬を服用している者 （４）試験に関連してアレルギー発症のおそれがある者 （５）試験期間中に妊娠、授乳の予定がある者 （６）試験責任者より本試験参加が適切でないと判断された者 |
(1)Individuals having diseases that affect saliva production
(2)Individuals having symptoms that affect test food ingestion (3)Individuals taking medications that may affect results (4)Individuals who may develop allergies in connection with the test (5)Individuals who have the will of pregnancy or are breast-feeding during the study period (6)Individuals deemed inappropriate by the study director to participate in the study |
