目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究の目的は，エクスポージャー前にAATを実施することが治療効果に及ぼす影響を検討することである。具体的には，①AAT群において，エクスポージャー前よりも後の方が予期への確信度が減少する，②統制群と比較してAAT群の方がエクスポージャー後の予期への確信度が低いという仮説を立て，予期への確信度を効果指標として検討する。	The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of conducting AAT before exposure on the treatment effect. Specifically, we hypothesize that (1) the confidence in expectation will decrease in the AAT group after the exposure compared to before the exposure, and (2) the confidence in expectation will be lower in the AAT group after the exposure compared to the control group, and we will examine the confidence in expectation as an effect indicator.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	①社交不安傾向がある大学生（SADSの得点の上位15％かつスピーチ場面に困難を感じている者） ②対面で行う実験に参加できる者	(1) University students with a tendency toward social anxiety (those who are in the top 15% of SADS scores and experience difficulty in speech situations) 2) Those who can participate in face-to-face experiments.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	①動物に関するアレルギーがあるまたは動物との触れ合いに抵抗がある ②現在あるいは実験参加直前に顕著な心理的苦痛あるいは極度のトラウマティックな経験をしている者 ③精神疾患の既往がある者 ④現在何らかの疾患で通院中，服薬中の者 ⑤これまでに心理学実験に参加したことがある者 ⑥現在何か病気やけがをしている者	(1) those who are allergic to animals or resist contact with animals, (2) those who are currently experiencing significant psychological distress or extreme traumatic experiences immediately prior to participation in the experiment, (3) those who have a history of mental illness, (4) those who are currently visiting a hospital or taking medication for any illness, (5) those who have participated in psychological experiments before (6) those who are currently ill or injured in any way.
