目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
食道扁平上皮癌と診断され、当科にて標準治療施行患者を対象に、次世代シーケンサーの使用とctDNA、exosome DNAを測定することで、その治療法の効果判定および病勢進行判定の有効性の検証を行うことと、その治療法の妥当性の検討を行うこと。

To validate the efficacy of the treatment method and the determination of disease progression by using the next generation sequencer and measuring ctDNA and exosome DNA in patients diagnosed with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and treated with standard therapy in our department, and to examine the validity of the treatment method.
