目的1/Narrative objectives1	日本人集団における心房細動の遺伝的マーカーおよび遺伝的リスクスコアが心房細動アブレーション術後36ヶ月間における心臓血管イベント発生率、および心房細動再発を予測するかどうかを評価すること	To evaluate whether genetic markers or genetic risk scores for atrial fibrillation predict the incidence of cardiovascular events and recurrence of atrial fibrillation at 36 months after atrial fibrillation ablation in a Japanese population

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	（1）臨床研究倫理審査承認後から2026年12月31日までの期間に心房細動に対する高周波カテーテルアブレーションを行う症例 （2）20歳以上	(1) Patients who undergo radiofrequency catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation during the period from the approval of the ethical review of clinical research to December 31, 2026. (2) Age 20 years or older
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	主治医が研究への参加が不可能であると判断した患者	Patients who are judged by the attending physician to be unsuitable for participation in the study
