（１）2021年6月から2022年3月において、食道運動機能異常症疑いで受診した患者
（２）本研究計画について十分に理解し、本人による同意が可能な患者
（３）同意取得時の年齢が満20歳以上の患者

《検討2》
（１）2014年10月から2022年3月において、EGJOOに対する治療を受けた患者
（２）本研究計画について十分に理解し、本人による同意が可能な患者
（３）同意取得時の年齢が満20歳以上の患者

《対照群》
（１）食道運動機能異常症を疑う自覚症状のない患者
（２）本研究計画について十分に理解し、本人による同意が可能な患者
（３）同意取得時における年齢が満20歳以上の患者

(1) Patients who were diagnosed with suspected esophageal dysmotility between June 2021 and March 2022
(2) Patients who fully understand this research protocol and are able to give their informed consent
(3) Patients who are 20 years of age or older at the time of obtaining their informed consent

Study 2
(1) Patients who were treated for EGJOO between October 2014 and March 2022
(2) Patients who fully understand this research protocol and are able to give their informed consent
(3) Patients aged 20 years or older at the time of their informed consent

Control group
(1) Patients with no subjective symptoms suspected of esophageal motility disorders
(2) Patients who fully understand this research protocol and are able to give their informed consent

（１）観察期間中に治療が必要な患者
（２）上部消化管外科手術後の患者
（３）全身状態が不良（PS値が3以上）な患者
（４）その他研究者が研究対象者として適切でないと判断した患者

《検討2》
（１）治療の前後で食道内圧検査を受けていない患者
（２）当院での加療が終了した患者
（３）全身状態が不良（PS値3以上）な患者

《対照群》
（１）上部消化管外科手術後の患者
（２）全身状態が不良（PS値3以上）な患者
（３）研究者が研究対象者として適切でないと判断した患者

前向き観察研究。
食道胃接合部通過障害（esophagogastric junction outflow obstruction：EGJOO）の症状および重症度を評価するスケールが存在しないため、EGJOOスケールを作成した。
EGJOOの治療を行った患者におけるEGJOOスケールの妥当性と食道機能機能異常症が疑われる患者においてEGJOOスケールの信頼性を検証する。

《検討1》
食道運動機能異常症が疑われる患者30人において、day1, day7にEGJOOスケールを用いて症状の評価を行う。2回の結果の一致率からスケールの信頼性を検証する。

《検討2》
EGJOO患者30人において、治療前(思い出し)と治療後(現在)の症状をEGJOOスケールを用いて評価する。治療効果(食道内圧検査所見)と本スケールの改善に相関がみられるかを検証する。

対照群として、食道運動機能異常症を疑う自覚症状がない30人に対してEGJOOスケールを記入する。

Prospective observational study.
Since there is no scale to evaluate the symptoms and severity of esophagogastric junction outflow obstruction (EGJOO), we have developed the EGJOO scale.
The validity of the EGJOO scale in patients treated for EGJOO and the reliability of the EGJOO scale in patients with suspected will be examined.

Study 1
In 30 patients with suspected esophageal motility disorders, the EGJOO scale will be used to evaluate symptoms on day1 and day7. the reliability of the scale will be verified by the concordance rate of the two results.

Study 2
In 30 patients with EGJOO, symptoms before (recall) and after (present) treatment will be evaluated using the EGJOO scale. We will examine whether there is a correlation between treatment effect (esophageal manometry findings) and improvement in this scale.

As a control group, the EGJOO scale will be completed for 30 patients who have no subjective symptoms suggestive of esophageal motility disorders.
