選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1)　日常生活に支障のない20歳以上の女性 2)　実施施設に所属している選手	1) Female aged 20 years old or more 2) Volleyball player belonging to the execution organization.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	1)　トレーニングおよび試合が実施できない者 2)　妊娠している者、試験期間中妊娠の意思がある者、授乳中の者 3)　被験者背景、身体所見などから、試験責任医師により被験者として不適当と判断された者	1) Subjects who can not perform training or games. 2) Subjects who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or willing to become pregnant. 3) Subjects who are judged inappropriate for the study by the physician.
