選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	大学の硬式野球部に所属する学生で，投手であるもの。	A student who is a member of a university baseball team and is a pitcher.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	・現在あるいは介入直前に顕著な心理的苦痛あるいは極度のトラウマティックな経験をしている者。 ・精神疾患の既往があるもの。 ・現在，何らかの疾患で通院中，服薬中のもの。 ・現在本研究と似たような介入プログラム研究に参加しているもの。 ・大学の硬式野球部に所属しているが，投手ではないもの。	Those who have experienced significant psychological distress or extreme trauma in the past or immediately prior to the intervention. Those who have a history of mental illness. Those who are currently hospitalized or taking medication for any disease. Those who are currently participating in an intervention program study similar to this study. Those who belong to a baseball team of a university but are not pitchers.
