評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	変動係数、HbA1c、ΔA1cから低血糖の消失を予測する、ロジスティック回帰分析における最適な推定値においての、HbA1cに対応する変動係数 (ΔA1cは0に固定)	CVs corresponding to HbA1c (delta A1c is fixed to 0) for optimal predicted value for logistic regression analysis when response variable is hypoglycemia absence and explanatory variable are CV, HbA1c, and delta A1c.

その他関連情報/Other related information	当科外来を受診する2型糖尿病患者に、治療介入を行わず、HbA1cを測定し、FGM（リブレPro）を装着する。24時間×13日にわたるFGMデータを用いて変動係数、70 mg/dL未満の低血糖の有無、54 mg/dL未満の重症低血糖の有無を評価する。	Outpatients with type 2 diabetes undergo HbA1c testing, wear a flash glucose monitor (FGM: FreeStyle Libre Pro), and do not change diabetic treatments, on a hospital visit. CV, hypoglycemia (< 70 mg/dL) absence, and severe hypoglycemia (< 54 mg/dL) absence are calculated using FGM data over 24 h multiplied by 13 days.
