選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

① 硬膜外併用全身麻酔で麻酔を受けることに同意した方
② 本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、研究対象者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた方
③ ご自身で十分な理解の上同意をいただくことが難しい研究対象者を対象に含める場合は、代諾者の方にも説明し、同意をいただく。

1) Participants should consent to receive the combination of epidural and general anesthesia.
2) Participants should give written informed consent after receiving enough information on the study.
3) Close member of the family may give consent in case participants have trouble understanding the information on the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
① 高度肥満
② 重篤な慢性閉塞性肺疾患
③ 間質性肺炎
④ 巨大肺嚢胞
⑤ 気管切開孔を有する患者
⑥ 肺高血圧症や脳圧亢進症を有するなど、軽度であっても高二酸化炭素症に耐えられないと考えられる患者
⑦ その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者

2) Severe chronic obstructive lung disease
3) Interstitial pneumonia
4) Giant lung cyst
5) Those who have tracheostomy
6) Those in whom hypercapnia cannot be accepted (e.g., pulmonary hypertension, intracranial hypertension)
7) Those whom researchers consider as not appropriate for participants
