主な結果/Results	10年経過時ホーンヤール度Ⅰが17例Ⅱが20例Ⅲが11例Ⅳが1例Ⅴが1例であった UPDRSⅡはホーンヤール度がⅠ･Ⅱの群では初診時が6.0が10年後には6.9となりUPDRSⅢは初診時が11.2が10年後には10.1Ⅱなった。	after 10 years the degree of hoehn-yahr was 1 in 17 cases 2 in 20 cases 3 in 11cases and 4 and 5 1case each.
