術後の遠方矯正視力が両眼とも視力0.8以上に矯正されると予測できる症例

Eyes with corneal astigmatism of 1.5 diopter (D) or less
Eyes with postoperative best corrected visual acuity of 0.1 logMAR or better

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
