4. 2の病気に対する治療状況が以下のいずれか
現在、医療機関に定期通院中
現在、医療機関に入院中
定期通院はないが、調査日から1年以内に医療機関の受診歴あり

The inclusion criteria for the survey are family members who (1) are aged between 18 and 74 years; (2) have relatives diagnosed with SZ, SZA, BD, or AN; (3) are ill individuals' parents, siblings, or spouses; and (4) have relatives being treated through regular visits, being admitted to medical facilities, or having had the last visit to medical facilities within the past year.

本研究で開発したケア関連感情評価尺度のポジティブ感情下位尺度は、二つのネガティブ感情下位尺度とともに良好な構造的妥当性と十分な内的一貫性を示した。新規介入の着眼点を明らかにするため、精神病性障害の患者と兄弟姉妹の続柄にある家族を対象とし、患者の機能障害と家族のネガティブ・ポジティブ感情の介在因子としての介護負担および首尾一貫感覚の役割を共分散構造分析により検討した。その結果、兄弟姉妹を感情面で支援するためには、介護負担と首尾一貫感覚の両方に焦点を当てたアプローチが有効であることが示唆された。

Our new measure demonstrated robust structural validity and excellent internal consistency. Moreover, we examined the role of caregiving burden and sense of coherence as mediating factors between the functional disabilities of patients with psychotic disorders and the negative and positive emotions of their siblings, using structural equation modeling (SEM). As the results, an approach that addresses caregiving both burden and sense of coherence could be effective in supporting siblings emotionally.

共分散構造分析による検討では、統合失調症（80.2%）または失調感情障害（19.8%）の患者と兄弟姉妹の続柄にある237名の家族（平均年齢42.3歳）が調査に参加した。

　当初、名古屋市立大学の教育関連病院と東海三県の精神障害者家族会でデータ収集を計画した。しかし、COVID-19の流行に伴い、感染を拡大させる危険性のある実地調査を中止せざるを得なくなり、インターネット調査を実施した。その調査の結果、精神病患者の兄弟姉妹や配偶者を含む611例のデータが欠損値なく得られた。
