目的1/Narrative objectives1	新型コロナウイルス感染症に罹患した患者が、運動器機能低下の遷延や、運動器の疼痛が持続していないか調査し、社会生活復帰状況との関連を検討すること。	To investigate whether patients been infected with COVID-19 have prolonged locomotor dysfunction or persistent musculoskeletal pain, and find the relationship with the status of return to social life

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	COVID-19感染症に対する治療を終了し、退院後2ヵ月以上経過した成人患者	The patients who had been finished the treatment for COVID-19 and discharged over two months before
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	規定のオプトアウトに関して同意が得られない患者 肺炎重症化の為転院し、死亡または転帰不明の患者	The patients who do not agree with the prescribed opt-out The patients who are in postoperative acute phase and hard to receive telephone-based medicine
