目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	自閉スペクトラム症と非自閉スペクトラム症群を対象とし、マスク着用にて実施した自閉症診断観察尺度第２版（ADOS-2）を主要評価項目として、その診断的妥当性を検討する。	This study aims to evaluate the diagnostic validity of conducting the second edition of the Autism Diagnosis Observation Scale (ADOS-2) for the patients with autism spectrum disorder and Normal development children while wearing a mask as the primary endpoint.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	(1) 疾患：DSM-5における自閉スペクトラム症の診断基準を満たす方 (2) 年齢：小学校１年生から中学校３年生（ADOS-2実施時） (3) ADOS-2 モジュール３（小中学生向け）が実施可能な表出性言語水準の基準を満たす方 対照群 (1) 自閉スペクトラム症の診断がつかない方（日常的に対人相互交流に大きな問題を抱えておらず、DSM-5における自閉スペクトラム症の診断を満たさない方） (2) 小学校１年生から中学校３年生（ADOS-2実施時） (3) ADOS-2 モジュール３（小中学生向け）が実施可能な表出性言語水準の基準を満たす方	(1) Disease: Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorder in DSM-5 (2) Age: 1st grade of elementary school to 3rd grade of junior high school (when ADOS-2 is implemented) (3) Those who meet the standards of language level that ADOS-2 Module 3 (for elementary and junior high school students) can implement Control group (1) Those who are not diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (those who do not have major problems in interpersonal interaction on a daily basis and do not meet the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder in DSM-5) (2) 1st grade of elementary school to 3rd grade of junior high school (when ADOS-2 is implemented) (3) Those who meet the standards of language level that ADOS-2 Module 3 (for elementary and junior high school students) can implement
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	(1) 代諾者である保護者から本研究参加への同意を得られない方 (2) 研究への参加について本人から承諾が得られない場合 (3) 身体疾患、運動障害の合併等によりADOS-2の実施が困難である方 (4) WISC-4による全検査IQ＝70未満の方	(1) Those whose parents do not provide consent to participate in this research (2) Those who do not provide consent to participate in this research (3) Those who have difficulty in implementing ADOS-2 due to physical illness, movement disorder, etc. (4) Those whose full-scale IQ of WISC-IV is less than 70

その他関連情報/Other related information	ADOS-2: 自閉スペクトラム症の評価のための半構造化観察検査である。面接室において検査者と被検査者との一対一で実施する。おもちゃを使って一緒に遊んだり、簡単な課題に取り組んでもらい、その間の検査者とのコミュニケーションの取り方を評価する。	ADOS-2: A semi-structured observational test for the assessment of autism spectrum disorders. It is conducted one-on-one between the inspector and the children to be inspected in the interview room. The subject plays with toys and works on simple tasks, and the inspector evaluates how the subject communicates with the inspector during that time.
