目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	外出機会減少のため体力低下が懸念される地域住民にCovid-19感染対策を講じた複合的健康プログラムを提供し、体力の維持、回復、QOL 向上への有効性を検証する	To verify the effectiveness of maintaining and recovering physical strength, and of improving QOL by providing blended health promotion program with preventive measures against Covid-19 infection for residents who are worried about their decreased physical strength due to reduced opportunities to exercise.

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	Covid-19感染予防対策を施したリモート型健康運動教室として週1回90分間のプログラムを6か月実施する	Participants will be provided a 90-minute weekly remote exercise program for 6 months.
介入2/Interventions/Control_2	中強度（メッツ3.5）、1回20から30分程度2～3/Ｗのウォーキングを実践してもらう。歩数、距離、消費カロリーのなど身体活動計のデータを抽出	Additionaly half of the participants will be made to walk at a medium pace(3.5METs) for 20-30 minutes 2-3 times a week.

性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	2019年実施の体力測定参加者の中から、運動機会の減少による体力低下が起きている	Those who declined their physical strength by physical fitness test in 2019 due to reduced opportunities to exercise.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	１）2019年体力測定参加者の中で、他の運動プログラムにより体力向上、健康増進した人 ２）医師から運動を禁止されている人	1 Those who took other health promotion programs. 2 Those who are forbidden to exercise by a doctor.
